My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The staff was amazingly helpful, and the location was great for exploring the city. However, the room wasn't as clean as expected, and the dining experience left something to be desired.

This hotel was my go-to choice for a well-before check-in time stay. The service was fantastic, with very attentive staff. The location was great, close to everything, and almost finished with remodeling. The dining experience was decent, considering the circumstances. Despite occasional over-booking issues, this hotel remains top-notch.

Upon checking in, I was disappointed to find another family already settled in the room I was assigned, making for an uncomfortable situation. Despite setting the temperature to 60 degrees, the room wouldn't cool down properly, making the stay less than ideal. However, the housekeeping staff was friendly and apologetic about the inconvenience caused by ongoing refurbishments.
